As our Client Services Manager, Patti combines her knowledge of customer service with her experience in the financial services industry. She joined Voya in 2004 after 20 years of excellent customer service experience with a national phone company. She is motivated by a sincere desire to help clients achieve their goals and works diligently to address their needs and exceed their expectations.

Patti is a trained voice artist, has voiced radio and television commercials, and has sung the National Anthem for the Milwaukee Brewers at Miller Park – twice! Patti is an active member of her church and enjoys fund-raising and helping middle school students prepare for their transitions to high school. She enjoys traveling when her schedule allows.
Having completed coursework at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Patti holds Series 7, 6 and 63 registrations.
